Welcome to JUGØL. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to the following terms. These are in place to protect both you and us—and to maintain the integrity of what we’re building.

1. Overview

JUGØL is a limited-run apparel brand. Every piece is created with intention, not mass production. By using this site, you agree to operate within these terms and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time.

2. Products & Availability

All items are released in limited quantities.

Once a product is sold out, it may not be restocked.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities per customer

  • Discontinue products at any time

  • Refuse orders that appear fraudulent or abusive

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its integrated payment providers.

4. Orders & Accuracy

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost packages due to incorrect information provided at checkout

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.

Once an order has shipped, JUGØL is not responsible for carrier delays.

6. Returns, Exchanges, & Store Credit

Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final.

However:

  • Exchanges are accepted for sizing issues within 14 days of delivery

  • Store credit may be issued for eligible returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, designs, graphics, and text—is the property of JUGØL.

This includes:

  • The JUGØL name and logo

  • Design elements inspired by Harar and cultural references

  • All original content and branding

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Brand Integrity

JUGØL is built on cultural preservation and identity.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Attempts to misuse the brand

  • Engages in harmful or disrespectful behavior toward the culture represented

9. Limitation of Liability

JUGØL is not liable for any:

  • Indirect or incidental damages

  • Losses related to product misuse

  • Delays or failures caused by external factors (shipping carriers, etc.)

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or misuse your data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
